The operas of Mozart and Da Ponte are considered by many to be the alpha and omega of music. At the Vienna State Opera, too, their works occupy an extremely important place in the repertoire and are among the most frequently performed pieces of all. Part of this cycle are the new productions of Don Giovanni, Le nozze di Figaro and Così fan tutte, which will conclude the current, highly acclaimed Mozart-Da Ponte cycle in June 2024.
