Wolfgang Vogler

Wolfgang Vogler studied acting at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Stuttgart from 1996 to 2000. His first productions included "PAGS" and "Die Entführung aus dem Serail" at the Stuttgart State Opera. He played the role of Felix in the opera "Mignon" at the Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz in Munich. This was followed by continuous engagements at the Schillertheater NRW, Schauspiel Magdeburg and the Hans-Otto-Theater in Potsdam. Wolfgang Vogler has been a member of the Schauspiel Frankfurt ensemble since the 2017/18 season. Most recently, he worked there with the directors Mateja Koležnik, Rieke Süßkow, Barbara Bürk, Christina Tscharyiski, Susanne Frieling, as well as with the directors Data Tavadze, Anselm Weber, Wilke Weermann, Miloš Lolić, David Bösch, Roger Vontobel and Fabian Gerhardt. He teaches acting at the Frankfurt HfMDK. His artistic work also extends to film, radio and the creation of literary readings.
