Sara Blanch

The soprano SARA BLANCH comes from Darmós (Spain) and studied ballet, piano and singing. In 2013, she made her debut at the Rossini Festival in Pesaro as Folleville (Il viaggio a Reims). After winning several prizes at various competitions, she was invited to perform on important stages, to which she has since returned regularly: Salzburg Festival, Teatro dell'Opera in Rome, Teatro Regio in Turin, Théâtre Antique d'Orange, Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, Liceu in Barcelona, Teatro Real in Madrid, Palau de les Arts in Valencia, Rossini in Wildbad, Donizetti Festival in Bergamo, Teatro Massimo in Palermo, among others. She has enjoyed success with roles such as Adina (L'elisir d'amore), Norina (Don Pasquale), Marie (La Fille du régiment), Zerbinetta (Ariadne auf Naxos), Fiorilla (Il turco in Italia), Matilde (Matilde di Shabran), Adèle (Le Comte Ory) and the title role in Lucia di Lammermoor. Future engagements will take her to Muscat (Norina), the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome (in Handel's Messiah), the Liceu (as Oscar in Un ballo in maschera), Lausanne (as Queen of the Night) and Cologne (as Leïla in Les Pêcheurs de perles).
